How can I place an order?
Ordering is quick and simple:

If you have a discount or promotional code, enter it in the discount field and apply it before continuing.
Confirm your delivery address and proceed to the shipping method.
Enter your payment information and submit your order.
After the purchase is completed, you will see an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email.

What should I do if an item is missing or incorrect?
If your order arrives with missing items or the wrong product, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
When reaching out, please include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the received item (image file under 1MB)
After verification, the correct item will be shipped to you at no additional cost. In most cases, the incorrect item may be kept.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Order changes may be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order was placed.
If you need to update the product, shipping address, or other details, please contact our support team at info@dittoditto.net as soon as possible.
Requests submitted after the processing period may not be possible to change.
