Returns & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled provided that the request is submitted before the item has entered the shipping or production process. If a cancellation request is received in time, a full refund will be issued.
Once an order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Returns (If Applicable)
Return requests may be submitted within 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Return Requirements

3. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customer-Initiated Returns
If a return is requested for personal reasons, such as ordering by mistake or no longer wanting the item, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The final amount depends on the shipping carrier chosen.
Returns Due to Product Issues
If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the cost of return shipping will not be charged to the customer.
Shipping Fee Policy
Customers will not be charged additional restocking fees. Shipping costs will be applied at most once where applicable.
